1304 Sesame Street is the residence of Telly Monster, as revealed in Episode 4074 of Sesame Street. Vinny the delivery guy arrives at Hooper's Store looking for the address in order to deliver Telly's "Letter of the Month Club" package.
His home residence was established as the building behind the garden. Although it is acknowledged as such in The Sesame Street Architecture Guide in 1999, it was not presented on the show until 2001 in Episode 3976.
