SCENE 1 Olivia greets the viewer, then sees Dr. Nobel Price display his latest invention: the “woofer-rattattater-boomer,” which looks a lot like a bell – but there's a catch! Dr. Price tells her to set the dial on 1, and when Olivia tries ringing it, it makes the sound of a dog. David comes by with Craig and his puppy, wondering where the other dog is.

She turns it to 3, and it makes the sound of thunder and lightning. Maria, Craig, Jimmy, and Keshia rush inside, thinking a storm is coming. Finally, she sets the dial to 4, which Dr. Price doesn't think will work, but it finally sounds like what it's supposed to: a bell.
