Elmo appeared alongside Sesame Workshop's President of Media & Education and COO Steve Youngwood at the tenth annual ASU+GSV Summit in April 2019.
On April 9, the two appeared onstage briefly to tease their presentation on the 10th, where Youngwood discussed the organization's educational efforts in the wake of their 50th anniversary. Elmo appeared to comment along in between his nap.
