"A Lot of Livin' to Do" is a song from the second act of the musical Bye Bye Birdie, performed by the characters Conrad Birdie and Kim McAfee.
Earl Sinclair sings a small portion of this song in the episode "Family Challenge." When a meteorite is about to hit the Sinclair Home, the story is covered by DNN news. Earl turns this coverage into "The Earl Show," where he performs this number. As Earl belts out his last note, it turns out that the Sinclairs' television set did not have a lot of livin' to do, as it becomes a casualty of the falling rock.
This is the first of two songs from Bye Bye Birdie to be performed on Dinosaurs. The second is "How Lovely to Be a Woman" in the episode "And the Winner Is...."
