"Aba Daba Honeymoon" is a novelty song written in 1914 by Arthur Fields and Walter Donovan. It describes the romance between a monkey and a chimpanzee through nonsense syllables representing their chatter. The song became popular and has been recorded by such performers as Debbie Reynolds, Hoagy Carmichael, and Merv Griffin.
