Walk-around version of Abby Cadabby created for public appearances, including Sesame Place and Sesame Street Live.

Abby Cadabby made her debut as a walk-around character in 2007, first appearing in the stage show Elmo and the Bookaneers at SeaWorld Orlando before joining the line-up of characters at Sesame Place. Other early appearances include the 2007 The White House Easter Egg Roll hosted by Laura Bush and presenting the Good Neighbor Award at Glenville School in Greenwich, Pennsylvania.[1]

Abby made her debut in Sesame Street Live in the 2008 show When Elmo Grows Up (an updated version of the 1993 show When I Grow Up). She also appears at Sesame Place's Mexican counterpart Parque Plaza Sésamo (since 2009).

Outside of Sesame Place, Abby also appears at SeaWorld parks, Busch Gardens, Beaches Resorts (since 2007), Universal Studios Japan (since 2008), PortAventura, Universal Studios Singapore, and Selva Mágica. Abby also appeared at the now defunct La Feria de Chapultepec.

Since her puppet counterpart got a wardrobe change in season 49, Abby has been seen wearing her updated outfit in places such as SeaWorld Orlando. Most of the time, however, she appears in her traditional dress.

Abby Cadabby is maintained by VStar Entertainment (née VEE Corporation) and Animax Designs.
