An Accordion Player played "La Seine" for Jacques and his lady friend in the UK Skit from The Muppet Show episode 510.
He speaks in a rough American accent, which plays in contrast to the Parisian setting. Jacques accuses him of being the worst accordion player he's ever heard. The musician quips back that Jacques has the worst French accent he's ever heard.
Following the mayhem of the scene, he's knocked out with a glass bottle, courtesy of his primary critic, Jacques.
Another Whatnot accordion player appeared in episode 219 performing alongside Peter Sellers in "A Gypsy's Violin."
