Admiral Abigail Breeze is an Arctic explorer and trainer of wild animals who appeared on The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss.
She is introduced in "Oh, The People You'll Meet," where she is seen working on a top-secret government project training elephants (specifically Horton the Elephant and Morton the Elephant Bird) to fly south for the winter. She also possesses a whistle that drives polar bears crazy, which the Cat in the Hat can't help but blow.
She later re-appeared in "Norval the Great" as a member of HMS Mantlepiece crew, and in "The Birthday Moose," chiseling out the Birthday Bird from a block of ice in her Arctic environment.
