Scene Elmo is playing shop with his turtle, when he suddenly hears an "SSSSS" sound in his room. When he turns his head to the sound, the Muppet letter S that had popped out from behind the couch quickly disappears. At first he thinks it was his turtle but concludes it wasn't his turtle. He asks the viewers if they saw anything; he then realizes that a snake can make a "SSSS" sound, so he hurries off to get Signe.

Scene Elmo drags Signe into his room, but Signe isn't convinced that there is a snake in there; there isn't such a thing as a snake in Denmark. Elmo is sure that he knows how to make the snake appear from behind the couch; he gets his toy snake because maybe the snake behind the couch want to play with it. As Elmo starts to make "SSS" sounds, the letter S appears behind the couch, startling Signe and Elmo. As they realize that it's just an S, they start to laugh. Signe then tells Elmo about the letter S.
Muppets Play with Me Sesame
Scene Elmo says that his new friend S would like to play the game called "S". Elmo explains to Signe that they take turns thinking about something that starts with S. After they finish the game, they start to sing "Action alfabet-sangen".
