"Ain't She Sweet" is a song written in 1927 by Milton Ager and Jack Yellen. The song has since become a popular standard, covered over the decades by artists including Frank Sinatra, The Beatles and Pearl Bailey.
The song is briefly used in the "Shepherd Institute" sketch in episode 211 of The Muppet Show. In order to calm down Doglion, Dom DeLuise plays the first two lines of the song on a ukulele.
Uncle Wally also practices the song on his ukulele at the beginning of a scene in Sesame Street Episode 2299.
