Aisha is a character who appears in the Power of We Club animated series of shorts.
She spends a fair amount of time in the community center with her friends on Sesame Street, helping each other solve problems and finding creative ways to play together.
Aisha first appears in "The Buddy Bench" when she calls Tamir, Ji-Young, and Lalo on a tablet to invite them to participate in "Freeze Tag" day. At the park, Aisha notices Marisol sitting alone on a bench, who has been too shy to join their game. Aisha tells her about how she met Tamir on her first day of school and learned to overcome her shyness. After a successful game of tag, Aisha proposes establishing a buddy bench as a designated place where kids can sit when they're too shy to join a game.
She also appears in "Find the Missing Yut Sticks" where she describes replacing missing dice and "Dressed-Up Birthday Party" where she helps Niamh discover that she can wear any kind of clothes she likes.
