Alcar is a Scarran who appears in the Farscape episode "Icarus Abides."
Alcar is sent to Dam-Ba-Da to secure the wormhole technology from Furlow. He finds Talyn orbiting the planet and becomes interested in taking it back to the Scarrans. Alcar demands Crais and Stark to produce a neural transponder so that he can control the ship.
They do as he says, but Crais rigs the new transponder with a prong. It implants itself into Alcar's stomach and holds him in place. Crais orders Talyn's interior security turrets to fire upon Alcar, killing the Scarran.
