Aldis Hodge (b. 1986) was one of the kids on Sesame Street, with his brother Edwin, before becoming an actor. Currently he stars on the TNT series Leverage.

Previously, he had roles in films Die Hard with a Vengeance (1995), Big Momma's House (2000), The Ladykillers (2004), and Happy Feet (2006), and television series NYPD Blue, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, ER, and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

He wasn't threatened by the scale of any of the jobs: "I didn't know what Broadway was. [Sesame Street] was just a place where you go to the set and play around." Comparing the revival of Showboat and Sesame Street, he noted to a newspaper reporter that Showboat has a plot reflecting long-ago bias, while Kevin Clash plays Elmo on Sesame; the two became friends.

Frank Oz directed Hodge in an episode of Leverage; Oz is friends with series star Timothy Hutton. Hodge attends the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.
