Alex Lacamoire (b. 1975) is an American composer, orchestrator and music director. His Broadway credits include Wicked (as music director), High Fidelity (music supervisor), Dear Evan Hansen (orchestrations) and Lin-Manuel Miranda's In the Heights (music director for the Off-Broadway run).
Lacamoire was brought onto Sesame Street to compose music for the "Elmo the Musical" segments and subsequently began composing more songs for the show, as well as the special The Cookie Thief and outreach videos.
