Alicia Vikander (b. 1988) is an Academy Award winner for Best Supporting actress for 2015's The Danish Girl. She voiced Mira in the first episode of The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance.
Vikander began her career in her native Sweden, appearing on Swedish soap operas and serials and in films such as Till det som รคr vackert (Pure) and Kronjuvelerna. She made her English-language debut in 2012's Anna Karenina and went on to star in Testament of youth and Ex Machina and as Lara Croft in the 2018 Tomb Raider. Other film credits include The Man from U.N.C.L.E. and Jason Bourne.
