Fozzie Bear sings "America" (also known as "America the Beautiful") in The Muppet Movie. He punctuates his performance exclaiming, "Patriotism swells in the heart of the American bear."
In the Muppet Babies episode "Snow White and the Seven Muppets," the Prince (Baby Kermit) and the seven Dwarfs (the rest of the Muppet Babies) briefly sing part of the tune, as they describe the apparently deceased Snow White (Skeeter).
An instrumental version is played in Episode 1674 of Sesame Street when the National Theatre of the Deaf portray an Olympic team from the United States. Ernie and Bert also sing a portion of the song during their appearance on Elle.
