Anders Hatlo (b. 1947) is a Norwegian voice actor who dubbed Boober Fraggle, Cantus the Minstrel and Gunge on Fragglene (Fraggle Rock). He was also heard as Ebenezer Scrooge in En Muppet Julefortelling (The Muppet Christmas Carol) and on Sesam Stasjon, the Norwegian co-production of Sesame Street.
Hatlo has appeared regularly in Norwegian film and television, notably playing Harald Hildring on the series Hotel Cæsar. His voice credits include Count Duckula, Tigger in the Winnie the Pooh franchise, and Iago in Aladdin and its spin-offs, and for Pixar, Mr. Potato Head in the Toy Story films, George in Monsters Inc. and Mr. Huph in The Incredibles. Disney featured include Dumbo (Jim Crow, Casey Jr., and others), Alice in Wonderland (the March Hare), Lady and the Tramp (Tramp), The Sword in the Stone (Archimedes), The Jungle Book (Col. Hathi), The Great Mouse Detective (Fidget), Oliver and Company (Tito), and The Lion King (Zazu), as well as non-Disney features Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron (the colonel), The Land Before Time (Petri), Shrek 2 (King Harold), and The Simpsons Movie (Ned Flanders). Since approximately 1989, he has dubbed the character of Asterix in animation as well as multiple live-action films and was also heard in another adaptation of a Franco-Belgian comic, the motion-capture The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn.
