"Ants in Your Pants Dance" is a song featured in the Sesame Street Live show Big Bird's Sunny Day Camp Out.

Oscar the Grouch sings it as a song that every Grouch enjoys. He describes how to do the dance (asking for volunteers) which includes lots of wiggling, stamping your feet and itching. Rosita, Cookie Monster and Grover sing backup.

The song was also performed on the show in Episode 4004.
