"Apple Orange Pear Song" is an animated Sesame Street segment produced by Quartet Films, with singing vocals by Boomer Castleman.[1]
The song tells the story of an orange that falls from its tree, but rocks and rolls to an apple tree. There, it meets an apple, who is differently shaped, but can rock and roll too. The two fruits continue rocking and rolling until they encounter a pear. This fruit can't roll, but can rock, so they all still have fun rocking and rolling together.
