"Are You Ready?" is a funky song led by Jamdolin and the Troubadours in the Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock episode "Mezzo: Live in Concert." Jamdolin gets everybody to move and groove with him to make sure they are ready to listen to the big news he's got for them: the arrival of Mezzo coming to perform at Fraggle Rock for a one-time-only performance.

- In reference to Cantus the Minstrel, whom Jamdolin is partially inspired from, the flowers bloom as Jamdolin plays his music (as they did for Cantus during "Let Me Be Your Song" from the original series).
