Heel Arfstrong appeared in the Dog City episode "Rocketship K-9."

Heel is the first astromutt to land on the Moon, but soon disappears under mysterious circumstances, necessitating the involvement of Ace Hart. The character is a parody of NASA astronaut Neil Armstrong.
