Arthur is a 1981 comedy about a drunken millionaire who falls in love with a waitress from Queens. Assisted by his witty butler, Arthur faces the possibility of losing his fortune if he doesn't go through with an arranged marriage.
The film was met with critical acclaim and several awards, including an Academy Award for Best Original Song for "Arthur's Theme (Best That You Can Do)" (co-written by Burt Bacharach, who also scored the film). The song beat fellow nominee "The First Time It Happens" from The Great Muppet Caper.
It was followed by a sequel seven years later, Arthur 2: On the Rocks, and a remake in 2011, both of which were critically panned.

- While promoting The Muppets Mayhem in a video for Elle’s Song Association game, the Electric Mayhem are prompted to link a song to the word "city." Lips comes up with the answer when he begins mumbling some of "Arthur's Theme (Best That You Can Do)," joined by the rest of the band. The song lyrics mention being caught "between The Moon and New York City." In the film, the theme plays over the opening credits as Arthur is driven through one of NYC's seemier neighborhoods. It's repeated over the end credits freeze frame of another New York location shot.
