Zork

Zork, one of ArtistMike's Sesame Street creations.

Mike Christy, aka ArtistMike, is an animator who created many animated segments for Sesame Street, usually directed by Bruce Cayard.

He began producing segments for Season 21, starting with an initial 12 co-produced along with Cayard. All of Mike's segments were accomplished using a digital animation program, "Deluxe Paint," on his Amiga 1000 personal computer.[1] He continued producing shorts for the show through the late 1990s.

Christy reflected on his collaboration with Cayard on his official website:

He taught me the tricks of cel animation and I taught him computer animation. Together in his little house up in the Hollywood hills, we made Sesame Street animations that you and your children grew up on.[2]
