B. J. Novak (born Benjamin Joseph Manaly, 1979) is an Emmy Award-winning American actor and screenwriter best known as Ryan Howard on the U.S. version of The Office.
Novak spent time with Animal and Floyd on the red carpet of the 2010 Webby Awards.
Novak's other credits include voicing Baker Smurf in the 2011 feature film The Smurfs, Inglourious Basterds (directed by Quentin Tarantino) and Knocked Up (with Seth Rogen, Jason Segel, Paul Rudd and Jonah Hill).
