- The March 28th, 2014 broadcast of The Radio 2 Arts Show included an interview with Miss Piggy by host Anneka Rice.[1]
- On February 28, 2018, Kermit and Miss Piggy appeared on The Chris Evans Breakfast Show to promote The Muppets Take the O2.
- On April 16, 2019, Cookie Monster and Gonger appeared on The Zoe Ball Breakfast Show.
- On December 25 2020, the station broadcast an hour-long show hosted by OJ Borg called The Muppets at Christmas: It's Time to Play the Music, which discussed the musical legacy of the Muppets. Interviewees included Brian Henson, Cee Lo Green, Ricky Gervais, Bret McKenzie, Petulia Clark, and Leo Sayer.
- On May 17, 2023, Floyd and Animal appeared with Scott Mills to promote The Muppets Mayhem. The two were quizzed on their music knowledge.[2]
- In 2023, Gary Davis began occasionally using an ident in which Floyd and Animal sing his "Ooh, Gary Davis on your radio" jingle.
- On October 10, 2024, Elmo appeared on Scott Mills' program to raise awareness of World Mental Health Day.[3]
- On the following day October 11, Elmo appeared with Scott Mills to play some positive sounding songs. Elmo sang along with "Umbrella", "I'm Yours" by Jason Mraz, "Don't Stop Believin'", "What Makes You Beautiful" by One Direction, "Good Time" by Owl City and Carly Rae Jepsen, and "Happy".[4]
