Baby Breeze (sometimes referred to as Baby Breeze Boo Bop A Doo) is a Sesame Street character who appears in the "Roosevelt Franklin Elementary School" segments. He often speaks in rhyme, is proud of his swimming skills and is very careful about paying attention to traffic (rather than only watching the traffic light) when crossing the street.
