Baby Fozzie on Cloud Nine is a Muppet Babies storybook.
Nobody has time to listen to Baby Fozzie's latest joke. To cheer himself up, he imagines that he is far away, traveling through the clouds, and everybody pays attention to him. However, when he reaches the greatest cloud of all, he realizes he'd really rather be home.
