This bewigged Doozer aides Judge Gavel Doozer during Cotterpin's trial. The Bailiff exhibits a great knowledge of Doozer law and proceedings, and displays a greater patience than either Judge Gavel or the prosecutor, Tumbrell Doozer, allowing Cotterpin to present her best defense.
