Barry Mann is an American songwriter who has written numerous pop and rock songs. He frequently collaborates with his wife, Cynthia Weil.
Mann and Weil wrote all of the songs for the 1996 movie Muppet Treasure Island. Mann also provided backing vocals on the track "A Professional Pirate".
Mann also wrote two songs performed on The Muppet Show -- "Here You Come Again" (performed on the show by Leslie Uggams and Lew Zealand) and "Who Put the Bomp in the Bomp Bomp Bomp" (performed by Geri and the Atrics).
Mann and Weil's 1963 song "On Broadway" was performed by George Benson and Clifford on the 1994 album Kermit Unpigged.
