Bebe is Elmo and Phoebe's cousin who visits The Furchester Hotel in the episode "Bebe Comes to Stay."
Bebe starts helping around the hotel, helping Cookie Monster in the kitchen, stopping the Tea Time monsters from knocking over Furgus carrying a plate of corn, and taking a wolf to his room. Phoebe tries to show she can do the same things but messes up--this makes Phoebe jealous, until she accidentally checks the wolf into the chicken's room and needs Elmo and Phoebe's help to evict him.
Bebe is also bilingual--she speaks "ding" (allowing her to communicate with Isabel) and chicken, but she doesn't speak wolf.
