The bed and pillow are a set of anthropomorphic bedding who are interviewed by Elmo in the Elmo's World episode "Sleep." Pillow replies to almost everything Bed says with "You tell 'em, Beddy-boy!"
Stephen Rotondaro crafted the quilt for the puppet.[1]
