Bernhard Hoëcker (b. 1970) is a German stand-up comedian and television personality. In Sesamstrasse episode 2302, he guest starred as the gourmet cook Thorsten Topf, who becomes embroiled in a culinary rivalry with Rumpel.
He also appeared in the Sesamstrasse 50th birthday retrospective special Tausend tolle Sachen!: Die 70er, where he and Lisa Fellar watched clips and shared their memories of the early days of the program of that era, consisting of the dubbed American episodes.
