Bernhard Ramstad (b. 1946) is a Norwegian actor, theatre instructor and director who voiced The Great Gonzo in En Muppet Julefortelling (The Muppet Christmas Carol). He has appeared in and directed a number of Norwegian stage productions, he chaired the Norwegian Actors' Equity Association from 1994 to 1999 and headed the Norwegian Shakespeare Association beginning in 2013.
Ramstad has been heard in a number of Norwegian dubs. Among others, he dubbed Cornelius in A Bug's Life, Colonel Cutter in Antz, Lawrence III in Pokémon 2000, and Cheech Marin in the Spy Kids movies. He starred as the titular Kalle on the TV series Kalle og Molo, (with Hanne Dahle performing Molo the platypus), and was seen as the storytelling grandfather in the viral music video What Does the Fox Say?
