A Muppet caricature of Jim Henson's manager Bernie Brillstein was made as a gift to Brillstein and was not used in any productions.
The puppet appears on the cover of the audio version of Brillstein's autobiography Where Did I Go Right? and on the back cover of the paperback edition.
