Ernie thinks it's great being a "dustbuster" because they get to use all kinds of super equipment. Bert retorts that all they need to clean a house is a broom and a dust pan.
They're hired by a woman with a severe dust allergy to clean up her home. The dust has manifested in a cluster of dust bunnies who mischievously move their way around the room as Ernie and Bert try to clean them up: Ernie with his gadgets and Bert with a broom (all while displaying a reaction to the dust himself).
Ernie hatches a plan to catch the dust bunnies with a dust carrot. However, consuming the carrot has caused the bunnies to grow and merge together in a giant dust bunny who chases them around the room. After agreeing to cooperate, Ernie and Bert manage to corral the dust into a bin.
