Bert and Ernie's Harmonica Book is a 1982 Sesame Street music education book that was packaged with a harmonica. The book was part of Music Sales Corp's "Sesame Street Music Corner" series, aimed at young children visiting music stores with older siblings.
According to the publisher's description:
“Watch Ernie learn that a harmonica is not a cucumber with holes in it, or a locomotive without wheels, but a fun-filled musical instrument. By learning to make sounds up and down the harmonica, breathing in and out, loudly and softly, children will learn about melody, rhythm, pitch, tempo, and dynamics and have fun doing it. A sturdy ten-note harmonica is included.”
The other books in the "Sesame Street Music Corner" series were How to Play Nearly Everything and Professor Grover's Cute Furry Little Pennywhistle Book.
