DEBUT | 1969 |
Big Bird's Daddy, much like his mother, has often been alluded to on Sesame Street. He was described in most detail in Episode 0077 as being a hard-working bird to provide for the family, while making time to raise his hatchling by teaching what a young bird should learn, including minding one's manners and helping around the house. He is depicted in photograph in Big Bird's family album in Episode 0030.
