Bill Smith is a pipe salesman from Cedar Rapids, Iowa who competes against Cookie Monster in the Sesame Street game show "The Remembering Game". Bill switches prizes with Cookie Monster at the end of the game, as he won the consolation prize of a cookie, and Cookie Monster won a jet plane -- which is what Bill really wanted.
