Billy is one of the Anything Muppet kids who appears in the Sesame Street song insert "Just Around the Corner."
Carrying a picnic basket, Billy meets up with his friends Tommy, Susie, and Maurice. Each of them takes a verse of the song and gives clues as to where they'll be going in the city. Billy is heading someplace where people like to go on nature hikes and picnics. He adds that there is always space to take a bike ride. It doesn't take long for his friends to figure out where he is going: the park.
