Billy Cobin is a songwriter and lyricist who wrote songs for Bear in the Big Blue House, including "Everywhere There's Music" and "Great to Be at Home" (with Peter Lurye).
Cobin wrote songs with Lurye for the Nickelodeon series Gullah Gullah Island and background music for Playhouse Disney's Out of the Box. He has worked as a keyboard player and sound mixer on various albums, including one by the Winans.
