Binkham Tamino McDoyal III is a little boy who appears in The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss episode, "Norval the Great."
He is the owner of Norval the Fish, whom he tells extraordinary stories about to his friends, who think he's just a fish. As outlandish as his tale seems, it is revealed at the end that his story is indeed true.
His friends call him "Binky" for short, while Norval respectfully calls him "Binkham."
Although Muehl did the puppetry and speaking voice for Binkham, Anthony Asbury did his singing voice.
