Bird's the Word Elmo is a plush toy of Elmo dressed as a toucan, made by Fisher-Price in 2006.

Official product description:

“Elmo is dressed as a colorful toucan. He dances, sings and flaps his wings to a silly bird song. He also tells bird jokes that will “quack you up!” Requires 3AA batteries.”

The box was designed to resemble a bird cage.
