In It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie, Bitterman Plaza is what the park would be if Kermit was never born.
Kermit was brought here by Daniel after wishing he was never born. Here they meet Gonzo as a street performer, see Rizzo on Fear Factor, Doc Hopper's Frog Legs, and Howard Tubman with The Electric Mayhem performing Celtic dances.
Near the end of the movie, Kermit and Gonzo perform "Everyone Matters" at this location. A statue of Rachel Bitterman appears with the words "Conquering nature, one mall at at time."
