Blotch is a character seen in Kermit's Swamp Years who is something of a bully to a young Kermit and his friends, Goggles and Croaker. His demeanor shifts when he is kidnapped along with Goggles and they're forced to figure out how to escape the human world and return to their swamp home together. He is a bullfrog.
