Bo Kaprall (b. 1946) is a writer and actor who wrote for Sesame Street during season 16: street scenes for Episode 2057 and Episode 2086, as well as the Old MacDonald's spaceship "Newsflash" segment. Kaprall's writing partner for these was Mark Zelenovich, his then-partner in an advertising agency.
Kaprall was a writer for When Things Were Rotten (also story consultant and one on-camera role), Welcome Back, Kotter, Cher, The Carol Burnett Show, and The Ellen Burstyn Show. He was story editor and writer for the second season of Laverne & Shirley and recurred as Laverne's occasional boyfriend Officer Norman Hughes. Other acting credits include appearances on The Mary Tyler Moore Show, The Odd Couple, The Rockford Files, and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
