Okay, this has been bugging me for 34 years. In 1985, I was watching one of the rarely-seen hour-long Twilight Zone episodes called "The Bard", about a TV writer who meets Shakespeare, and tries to get him to help him write a TV show. As you can imagine, the episode was kind of funny, as they spoofed the television industry at that time. Anyway, within the first 5 minutes, I heard a music cue that I am 100% positive was heard in a Sesame Street cartoon in the 1970's, but I can't remember what cartoon it was. It could have been a letter/speech balloon one, or something else. I've been racking my brains for years, trying to remember what cartoon it was. I was thinking that now that we're starting to be able to see some very old material, that somebody will figure out what it was. If anybody's interested, the cue can be heard in this YouTube video, of the show's original music track (without dialogue), [[www.youtube.com/watch?v=GR1F5L-uviU here]]. Or if you have access to streaming services that show The Twilight Zone, just watch the first 5 minutes of the episode. The cue is played under Rod's opening narration, and is repeated under the episode credits which follow right after. The TZ episode was first shown in 1963, and the music was composed by Fred Steiner. If anybody can help me figure this out, this will be a bigger deal than finally seeing Baker #1 or the Crackmaster! <ac_metadata title="Twilight Zone music on Sesame Street"> </ac_metadata>

If anybody's interested, the cue can be heard in this YouTube video, of the show's original music track (without dialogue), here.
