Scott thinks that the page for Episode 3696/Rerun doesn't belong on List of Sesame Street episodes because, it's linked on the original episode page. My thinking is if we're tracking all the full episode guides, we should include this so the number of full episode guides on this page matches the number of how many episodes are in the Episode Guide category.
