I have that photo. It was part of a lot of Muppet Show photos which included this photo I got them years ago. All the photos were, which I suspect are still for the Juliet Prowse Pilot. I'm guessing this sketch is from Juliet Prowse or Connie Stevens Pilots that were cut out.
