Would it be okay to create an active list regarding the most voluminous part of the potential outlets, Sandbox:PBS affiliates contacted about lost episodes?

The Vice President Broadcast Services at my local station, WNED, has confirmed that they pitched anything that they don't own the rights to. I'd like to continue to chip away at the list of 330 stations, but it would make sense to centrally keep track.
