Bob Flanagan, also credited as Robert Flanagan, is a puppet builder who worked in the New York Muppet Workshop in the 1980s. He worked on The Muppets Take Manhattan and was part of the Sesame Street team for seasons Season 17 and Season 18 (sharing in a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Achievement in Costume Design). He also worked on Little Muppet Monsters, Fraggle Rock, and Song of the Cloud Forest.
